Rate Card

The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. local, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual addendum:
- A rate of $205 per hour will be charged for technician level support
- A rate of $205 per hour will be charged for engineer level support
- A rate of $205 per hour will be charged for all training
- A rate of $205 per hour will be charged for all project management
- A rate of $450 per hour will be charged for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services
- A rate of $205 per hour will be charged for consulting with our CEO
- A rate of $150 per recording will be charged for voiceover services
- A rate of $205 per new VoIP phone setup
- A rate of $55 per hard drive destruction
- A rate of $205 per computer will be charged for all new computer setups
- A rate of $500 per hour for Cybersecurity Event Response
- A rate of $295 per hour for after-hours and weekend Support 2-hour minimum
- A rate of $395 per hour for holiday support with a 4-hour minimum
Note: All onsite work is billed at a minimum of one (1) hour and then thirty (30) minute increments thereafter, if not under a Managed Services contract which includes onsite support.
