Our Company
VTech Support, inc. was founded in 2008 by Kenneth Meeks and Trent Barnes. Kenneth and Trent have had active roles in technology over the years, and combined their expertise and acumen to form VTech Support, which provides IT consultation, support, products, and services to companies in Kern County California.
At the company’s conception, Kenneth and Trent ran both the daily operations of the business while also providing all the tech support. Since 2008, we have grown tremendously and expanded our tech team in many different areas. Our team is made up of professionals with diverse areas of expertise, and our principal hiring priority is bringing on individuals with a passion for computers and technology who are lifelong learners.
Our primary model of business is as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). We contract with companies to provide fully outsourced IT solutions, designing business infrastructure, planning for expansion, and providing ongoing monitoring and support of business systems. Our management philosophy is proactive in nature: we anticipate our clients’ needs and advances in technology so we can ensure all our clients have the best performing and most efficient technological environments possible.
